AMY'S STORY

“ I have always had a passion for creativity and art, but on leaving school I decided to follow my other great passion, horses. I pursued a fantastic equine career. Then during the first 2020 lock down, like many people work was quieter for me so I decided to pick up my paint brush once again.

With encouragement from friends and family I sold a handful of original paintings. Following their popularity I designed some greeting cards, followed by two tea towels. I loved the whole process designing, adding colours, choosing fabrics...  I wanted to do more!

Fast forward to the following August and I made the decision to leave my equine career and go full time with my small business. A decision I will never regret! I now work from my small studio in the rural hills of Northumberland, surrounded by my horses, dogs and a very supportive family. Along with my fantastic base of customers and followers who I owe all my success to! “  - Amy Miller
